When you hear the experiences of others, you not only support them but yourself too. Someone elses' struggle can hold the mirror up to yourselves and shine a light on what you need to do to overcome it.​

This programme will cover a different topic each month to promote self development, self care and success.

In each session we will review, feedback and set new goals for the group as individuals to consistently move forward and be accountable for ourselves and each other.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS FOR THE WORKPLACE

Designed for groups from an organisation or company to develop some deeper awareness and understanding of self and others to improve communication, employability and productivity. Themes cover:

• Confidence and tools for Networking, speaking, interviews

Workshops can be tailored to specific requirements and numbers.

They are full of interactive sessions including exercises, self discovery and reflection on real workplace situations. In a group format feedback from participants open up conversations to deepen learning.
