Release stress, focus the mind and find a connection with yourself and nature away from the hustle and bustle of life.
Through bringing movement and flow into your body you can find your sanctuary on your mat! Your class is just for you, it is a space to rest, release, reconnect or simply just get out of your head and into your body.
Classes follow a steady flow with nurturing holds and releases in the poses, which can be adapted to different levels of experience. Steady doesn't always mean easy, so be prepared to build some energy and heat too.
Classes are for all abilities & suitable for everyone, I teach at a beginner's level, but add in modifications for those with more experience or who want to push themselves to go deeper.

There are flexible options for you to access the classes in the way that works best for you!
Classes purchased in blocks or individually must be redeemed within 6 months.
For monthly subscribers, recordings of all classes will also be available via the online members portal so you never need to miss a class.
Classes will take place online via zoom. You will be sent the zoom link and details via email, and the same link will be used each week, until they are updated and you are told otherwise.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Layers are recommended as when you warm up and cool down it is easier to manage your temperature.
Please have 2 bolsters/cushions and/or 2 towels or blankets (that can be rolled) available during the sessions. These are essential for the Yin class.
How much yoga experience do I need?
The yoga we do will be very gentle and I teach at a beginner level and provide modifications for more experienced yogis or for those who want to challenge themselves. This yoga is far more about creating some movement through the shapes we make with our bodies to bring some warmth, flow and release.
For the monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. If you have already paid for that month when you cancel, you will have access for the month paid for and it will not renew for the following month.
For blocks of classes and an individual class, please notify me with an hour's notice of that class so I know not to expect you. You can then join a class on a different date.
I have an injury, can I still join?
Yes! Yoga is meant to work with your body, not against it. Please let me know in advance about any injuries you have, I can then provide specific alternatives for you to take you injury into account.
Sometimes class timings are changed due to scheduling, but you will always be notified in advance and recordings are always available.
